Strengths Finder 2.0 and Learning Style Alexis Kennedy

1. Restorative

1.1. If there is an issue I am ready to solve it. Whether it be with friends, family or a customer at work, I have to solve the issue. I feel the need to make sure every is happy, so being a restorative person allows me to keep people happy.

2. Positivity

2.1. I am huge on postivity. I try my best to go everyday with a positive attitude. I want to see the best in people. I will always look on the brightside in hopes that the outcome of situations will be bright. The world is filled with negativity, so a positive mindset will get you very far in life.

3. Learning Style

3.1. I am a visual learner for the most part. If I see a picture I will retain it better than if I am being lectured at. If I see a power point, I have to take notes on it so they will be right in front of me. I like to have hard copies of information such as notes or printed powerpoints.

4. Achiever

4.1. My goal in life is to go above and beyond to achieve my goals in life. I am constantly busy with work, school or hobbies to achieve great things in life. When I am working, I am productive. I make great use of time, if I have down time I am doing homework or reading. I grew up a competitive due to playing soccer and I believe that characteristic trained my mind to be an achiever.

5. Empathy

5.1. I am able to sense people's moods very quickly. With my friends and roommates I am able to sense a change in their mood almost instantly. I notice changes in voices very easily and I know when I need to be there for someone. I am able to put myself into another persons shoes and see their struggles.I believe this allows me to better understand a person and therefore be closer with them.

6. Communication

6.1. Communication is a way of survival in this world. We have to talk and luckily I love to talk. I am able to take whatever I am feeling and put it into words. They don't always have to be pleasant words, but the feeling is communicated. I am very personable and can talk to just about anybody. My future career will be in sales and that's why communication is so important in my life.
