4. EDUCATION

4.1. Continous preparation for the EPS TOPIK exam and Skillstest via Self-Study method. Take advantage of being a namja with the privilege of getting selected by the korean employer/embassy the soonest.

5. CAREER

5.1. Call center work is but a game of numbers. For each metric e.g attendance, you have a threshold. If you go above it, you pass but anything below it is detrimental to your career.

5.2. Not being able to meet your metrics will lead to stressful consequences such as being placed in PIP, or worse, risk getting fired. Not to mention that a passing scorecard is the key to getting promoted, being laterally transferred to another business unit, or the chance of getting a higher pay.

6. HEALTH

6.1. Practice social distancing and avoid being inflicted with Covid-19 virus.
