1. competence
1.1. the individuals ability to respond effectively to a situations or to perform a task successfully
1.1.1. feeling confident enough to perform tasks without assistance. example: finishing a project without help from people.
2. mood
2.1. an emotional state that can affect your own perception thoughts and behaviours
2.1.1. being in a state of emotion: happiness
3. empathy
3.1. the capacity to understand and the respond to the distress of emotions with others which often lead to prosocial behaviour
3.1.1. the ability to put yourself in somebody else's shoes. example: listening to a friend in need and offering help.
4. alturism
4.1. a prosocial behaviour that involves selflessness or helping others even if there is nothing to be gained personally or if there is some personal cost.
4.1.1. taking time out of your day to help someone in need example: helping someone across the street.
