2. Implement

2.1. The course is offered to real-world students. This offering includes making all preparations.

2.2. Enroll students

2.3. Prepare instructors

2.4. Prepare classroom/virtual environment

2.5. Offer the course

3. Evaluate

3.1. Evaluation should occur throughout the entire process and not just at the end or after implementation.

3.2. Formative Evaluation - conducted throughout each stage of the ADDIE process. Determine if materials are clear, will affect the intended outcome and fill the gap, and can actually be implemented.

3.3. Summative Evaluation - Occurs after training has been implemented. This should include Reaction/Perception, Learning, and Performance/Behavior

4. Design

4.1. Utilizing what was learned in the Analysis phase, begin making decisions and designing the course. Consider delivery methods, course structure, audience, duration, assessment methods, and feedback.

4.2. Create Storyboards

4.3. Develop Objectives

4.4. Possibly create a prototype

4.5. Develop assets such as graphics or videos

5. Develop

5.1. In this phase, the course is assembled using the content created in the design phase.

5.2. Create the Course Materials

5.3. Stakeholder review

5.4. Pilot Test
