4.1. Utilizing what was learned in the Analysis phase, begin making decisions and designing the course. Consider delivery methods, course structure, audience, duration, assessment methods, and feedback.

4.2. Create Storyboards

4.3. Develop Objectives

4.4. Possibly create a prototype

4.5. Develop assets such as graphics or videos

5. Develop

5.1. In this phase, the course is assembled using the content created in the design phase.

5.2. Create the Course Materials
