1. Design
2. Implementation
3. Implementation Narative: This a procedure for training the facilitators and learners is developed. The facilitators training should cover course curriculum, learning outcomes, method of delivery, and testing procedures. In addition, be sure you train the learners on the technology on which the learning will take place
4. Design Narative: This is a systematic and specific translation of program objectives, contents amd plan into a working structure that meets individual learners' perception
5. Evaluation Naration: This is central to all the stages in ADDIE structure. Here you evaluate your project such that it meets learners objective
6. Implementation Activities: Here developers create and assemble the content assets that were created in the design phase. The project is reviewed and revised accordingly to any feedback given.
7. Design Activities: Here practical decision is made based on the previous leaning occurence such as representing your ideas graphically, creating a guideline for your lectures, also prototype you can quickly pass to others stakeholders.
8. Evaluation Activities: main goal is to provide a structured method of creating training programs. It is also, however, a powerful model for improving the way in which future iterations are created. Getting feedback on every aspect of the courses is really important so that you can improve and revise the content. What to focus on:
9. Analysis
10. Development
11. Development Narative: creation and assembling of content worth are created in the design phase. The project is reviewed and revised accordingly to any feedback given.
12. Analysis Narative: It is essential that you analyse current situation in terms of training before you proceed on developing any content. Understanding the goal of the training influences a huge amount of decisions later in the process.
13. Analysis Activities: This phase represents full audit of the participants, business goals, training methodologies used, media types used, etc. Once this is done, you can generate a training plan that the clarifies, instructional goals and objectives, learning environment and learner's existing knowledge and skills are identified
14. Development Activities: Courses are created at the statge of development. Aspects of the courses are developed to meet the design phase. Add level of detail and style to the courses after the core of the content has been developed
