1.1. Guided by design (storyboard/overview)

1.2. Use detail to create course content targeting selected audience

1.3. Make sure to test the course repeatedly in this stage

2. 4- Implement

2.1. Upload course to an LMS and determine delivery method

2.2. Structure for course in place; assessment rubrics, enrollment, time allotted, etc.

2.3. If possible, test your course first with a pilot course on your LMS

2.4. At the end of this phase, you should have a live course on your LMS, ready for learners to start course

3. 5- Evaluate

3.1. Get critical feedback on the course for future improvements

3.2. Ask questions; Did we meet the goals that were set out in Analysis phase?

3.3. Ask learners and stakeholders to take a survey for acquisition of data for analysis

3.4. At the end of this phase, you should have an evaluation report with actionable changes for current or future courses

5. 1- Analysis

5.1. Who is my audience? Who are my stakeholders?

5.2. What is the point of the course, and what are my goals and objectives?

5.3. Where are there knowledge gaps, and how do I address them?

5.4. What is the timeline of this course?

5.5. At the end of this phase you will have a course plan and outcomes

6. 2- Design

6.1. Take all the learnings of the analysis phase and use it to make practical decisions

6.1.1. strategy, delivery methods, structure, duration, assessment, and feedback

6.2. create a storyboard and a prototype

6.3. At the end of this phase you will have an overview of the course design and storyboard
