1. One example of a religion that has a good understanding of life would be Buddhists with the 4 Noble Truths. Buddhist aim to take the suffering out of life. According to the 1st of the 4 Noble Truths, there are many different ways to suffer. "Birth, aging, illness, death, sorrow, lamentation, pain, grief, despair, separation of loved ones, and not getting what you want, are all examples of what causes suffering. But there are ways to avoid suffering. According to the 4th Noble truth you can avoid suffering by having right view, right intention, right speech, right action, right livelihood, right effort, right mindfulness, and right concentration are all examples of ways to end suffering.

2. Peaceful Coexistence

2.1. The 10 commandments had elements of peaceful coexistent in it. The text says that you shouldn't kill, steal, lie, etc. These rules put barriers up on what and what not to do. These barriers make sure that people will stay peaceful and do the right thing so they don't hurt others. Another example would be the Hinduism cast system. Based on the pictograph of the cast system, it places everyone into different ranks. This could help with keeping everyone peaceful because they have nothing to fight over. They son't have to fight over money because everyone in their rank gets about the same amount of pay. They don't have to fight about rights because everyone in their rank has the same rights.

4. Sense of Belonging

4.1. One example of a religion that has sense of belonging is the Islam religion with the 5 Pillars of Faith. The Zakaat of the 5 Pillars of Faith states that each Muslim with need to give to charity and pay zagat to the government. To me this says that you need to make sure that everyone has what they need so they don't feel rejected or left out. Homeless people or people with disabilities might feel rejected and left out because they are unable to do the things others are able to do. So if you give money to charity you are able to help those in need so they feel included and useful. And paying zagat to the government so they can use that money for the better of the community.
