2. Orientation

2.1. Ridwan Sahala Marulitua Situmorang, usually called Ridwan. He was born in Bandung on September 21, 1975. He is the son of M.Situmorang, who was a civil servant, and T.Sinaga, who is a housewife. He is the first child of three children. He has one younger brother and one younger sister. He comes from Batak tribe and he is Christian.

3. Series Of Event

3.1. Even though he was born in Bandung he spent his childhood in Baturaja, South Sumatra. He attended Xaverius elementary school in Baturaja. After he graduated, he went on to Xaverius junior high school. And then, he continued to SMA 3 Baturaja senior high school. When he was 18 years old his family moved to Pekanbaru, but he went to Medan and he continued his study in the University of North Sumatera where he majored in Mechanical engineering and completed his degree.

3.2. Several years after graduating, he started working as a mechanical supervisor. The company name is Torishima Guna Engineering. He needed to work in Duri and he only stayed home on weekends or holidays. In 2008 he need to work in Kalimantan which meant he can only came home once every 2 weeks and stayed in Pekanbaru once every 2 weeks, he worked like that for 8 months. After that, he worked in Duri again. Since 2014 he has been working in Minas and he comes home every day. Unfortunately In March 2014, his mother passed away, and then one year later in March 2015 his father also passed away. He continued to work as usual after that, but in 2018 he needed to change companies, which were named SAAG Utama. He works there as a side coordinator, and he still works there today.

3.3. His wife's name is Erni Lismayanti. He had known his wife since he was a child, but he decided to marry her after they graduated. Then he married her in Siantar on December 28, 2002, and then they both moved to Pekanbaru and lived in a rented house. His wife gave birth to their first child in January 2005 in Pekanbaru and then he had his second child in September 2006. In 2007 he bought his own house and then moved there with his wife and his two young daughters. Later in October 2008, he had his third child, and then he had his last child in July 2010. They lived there for 13 years but in August 2020 he and his family decided to moved into a bigger house.

4. Reorientation

4.1. Ridwan had to face a difficult time in his life, when his parents passed away and when he need to change companies it was hard for him but he tried to overcome it. He remains strong and he tries to live his life as usual. He tried his best and suceeded. He proved that all hard thing in life such as someone's death, work problems, and difficult times can be resolved if we continue to work hard, pray and believe that one day it will end.
