Synthesis of Ammonia

1. Ammonia reactor-Continuous process

1.1. Separate substances to purify NH3

1.1.1. Add condenser unit (using condensing method at -35 degree celcius)

1.1.1.1. Add recycle stream from condenser outlet to feed via combiner

1.1.1.1.1. Add purge stream due to the accumulation of undesired substances.

1.2. Production of N2 to reduce the cost

1.2.1. Separate air to produce N2

1.2.1.1. Add condenser unit (using condensing method at -190 degree celcius)

1.2.1.1.1. Condensated N2 supplied at feed and O2 supplied to the burner feed

1.2.1.1.2. Run condenser 1.2 times than the needed for the stoichometric ammonia.

1.3. Production of H2 to reduce the cost

1.3.1. Crack H2O to produce via electrolysis

1.3.1.1. Add electrolyte reactor

1.3.1.1.1. USE ELECTRICITY (EXPENSIVE)

1.3.1.1.2. Use chemical energy from CH4
