3.1.1. look at spreadsheet
3.1.1.1. if no duplicate - approve
3.2. why is there manual onboarding
4. TM Onboarding
4.1. from IGA
4.1.1. approve license-Juna
4.1.1.1. to BMC ticketing
4.1.1.1.1. Mel - to create email
4.1.1.1.2. Mell to check dashboard no need to manual
4.1.1.2. auto to dashboard
4.1.2. if TM auto BMC Ticket -
4.1.3. If no go to Juna
