1. FLEXOR CARPI RADIALIS
1.1. Insertion - bases of 2nd and 3rd metacarpals
1.2. Innervation- Medial
1.3. Actions- Elbow flexion, wrist abduction, wrist flexion
2. Pronator Teres
2.1. ORIGINS- coronoid process of ulna
2.2. Insertion - lateral radial tendon
2.3. Innovation- Medial
2.4. Actions- Pronation/ elbow flexion
3. Flexor Digitorum Superficialous
3.1. Origins- MEH and coronoid process of ulna
3.2. Insertion - digits 2-5 middle phalanges
3.3. Innervation- medial
3.4. Action- flexion of middle phalanges and wrist
4. Flexor Digitorum Profundus
4.1. Origin- Proximal 3/4 of medial and anterior surfaces of ulna and interosseous membrane
4.2. Insertion- distal phalanges 2-5
4.3. Innervation- Ulnar AND Medial
4.4. Action- finger tip flexion
5. Palmaris longus
5.1. Insertion- palmar aponeurosis
5.2. Innervation- medial
5.3. Actions- elbow flexion, wrist flexion, helps tense palm when gripping objects
6. Flexor Carpi Ulnaris
6.1. Origins- posterior head of ulna
6.2. Insertion- pisiform, hamate and base of 5th metacarpal
6.3. Innervation- medial
6.4. Actions- elbow flexion, wrist adduction
7. Pronator quadratus
7.1. Origin- medial anterior ulna
7.2. Insertion- lateral anterior radius
7.3. Innervation- medial
7.4. Action- rotates forearm / keeps distance between ulna and radius
8. Flexor pollicis longus
8.1. Origin- middle 1/2 of radius
8.2. Insertion- distal phalange of 1st digit
8.3. Innervation- medial
8.4. Action- flexion of 1st digit
