1. Rules Of A Delivery

1.1. Duty to delivery : sec 31 Just like physically shopping

1.2. payment and delivery are concurrent condition : sec .32 jesa likha hai wesa hi

1.3. Mode of delivery : sec.33 actual , symbolic and constructive

1.4. part delivery : sec 34 1st is delivered in part but mistakenly so it will be counted as whole 2nd is intentionally

1.5. buyer to apply for delivery : sec 35 if he does not apply for delivery so seller is not responsible he have to apply for it

1.6. Place of delivery : sec 36 (1) possession and 2 things

1.7. Time of delivery : sec 36 (2&4) if not fixed then reasonable time

1.8. Goods in possession of third party: sec 36(3)third person is responsible for no delivery

1.9. Expenses of delivery :sec 36(5) borne by the seller delivery expenses- buyer

1.10. delivery of wrong quantity : sec 37 1. short delivery 2. excess delivery 3. delivery of goods mixed with other goods

2. Meaning Of Delivery

2.1. Delivery means voluntary transfer of possession of goods from the seller to the buyer

3.1.1. Physically Delivered Goods

3.2. Symbolic

3.2.1. goods are bulky and incapable for actual

3.3. Constructive

3.3.1. goods are delivered by third person on the behalf of seller
