1.1. Nestle- In 2020 they reported that its suppliers of palm oil, pulp, soy, sugar and meat were 90 percent deforestation-free
1.2. Sierra Club- An environmental organization with chapters in all 50 United States, Washington D.C., and Puerto Rico. The founder is John Muir and the club was one of the first large-scale environmental preservation organizations in the world
1.3. The Nature Conservancy- one of the most effective conservation organizations worldwide and protects wildlife by protecting habitat
2. problems
2.1. Deforestation- This is the action clearing a wide area of trees. This can remove parts of habitats and cause species to be forced to move elsewhere where. The tropical rain forest has to most diverse species and faces the most concentrated deforestation. These unique and rare species get a smaller and smaller habitat each time we remove a tree.

2.1.2. Fact 2: 2,400 trees are cut down each minute
2.1.3. Fact 3: 137 different species of plants, animals, and birds are lost every single day due to global forest loss
