1.1. Climate change is influenced by alot of factors such as the breaking down of trees(Nature) and the manner livestock is farmed.The biggest factor that influences climate change is the burning of fossil fuels or releasing toxic gasses into the air.
1.1.1. Air pollution adds the most to the change in climate because these greenhouses gasses that is released traps the sun's heat because it forms a blanket around the planet.These gasses can not be released which causes us on earth to experience global warming.
1.1.2. Air pollution have the ability to effect the human lung development and it could lead to respiratory diseases.
1.1.2.1. It is for that reason important that the professional kitchen minimizes the gasses that is set into the air by gas stoves.
1.1.3. Air pollution can effect the growth of plants because it weakens photosythesis and thus it influences the food that we consume or prepare.
2. Waste Mangement
2.1. Practicing proper waste management and handling will protect employees as well as customers that will be consuming this food.
2.1.1. Food that goes to landfill , rottens and releases toxic gasses as it is breaking down.When food is wasted the energy and water it takes produce or harvest that food also goes to waste.
2.2. By ensuring proper waste management will secure the workplace and aslo ensures a safe place for employees to ingage in their activities.
2.3. By having proper waste management within the organization it can reduce the waste produced by the kitchen as well as the cost that they will spend on disposal of waste.
