2.2. Evaluation of Quotes

2.2.1. - Initial evaluation to ensure quotes meet solicitation instructions - Conduct Price Analysis through comparison of received quotes ** Type of evaluation is dependent on requirement type; Sole source, directed source, etc.

2.2.2.1. Price Fair and Reasonable Determination
