1. Early childhood:
1.1. Physcial:
1.1.1. She started losing her teeth around 4
1.1.1.1. Started her pubescent growth spurt around 5th grade.
1.1.2. at this stage, from 2-4 years old she attended pre school at Parkview elementary, she was within normal percentile through out her physical development in these stages.
1.2. Emotional:
1.2.1. At this stage she was more sensitive, specifically when told no.
1.2.1.1. She always needed to have her blanket with her, that she’s had since she was 1 years old.
1.3. Social:
1.3.1. Julia made friends everywhere she went, she had lots of school friends but didn’t hang out with any until she got into her middle childhood.
1.3.1.1. She was enrolled in little league soccer, gymnastics, and softball.
1.4. Cognitive:

2.1. Physical:
2.1.1. Julia was within normal percentile through this developmental stage as well.
2.1.1.1. Growing up with two active older brothers, she would find it difficult to keep up with their pace.
2.2. Emotional:
2.3. Social:
2.3.1. Julia began having “plat dates” around this age, commonly asking to play with neighborhood friends.
2.3.1.1. Julia would began making friends of all ages, especially when at the park.
2.4. Cognitive:
2.4.1. Julia was very interested in making “movies”, video “vlogs” of made up stories.
2.4.1.1. This shows further improvement on how her imagination and cognitive development has been improving, by using real life experiences and media, she is combining all sorts of information and formulating them into her own made up narratives.
3. Adolescent:
3.1. Physical:
3.1.1. Including, healthy weight gain(she did not want to preface), started her menstrual cycle on her 12th birthday, including other puberty “milestones
3.1.1.1. She is able to do more strenuous exercise now, such as rollerblading , walking, and biking for longer amounts of time before feeling fatigued.
3.1.1.1.1. She participated in a high level gymnastics for her age, and was able to perform complex acrobatic movements with ease.
3.1.2. grew 3 inches in height since her last physical doctor appointment.
3.2. Social:
3.2.1. Last year, she noticed a difference in making friends since in 6th grade there isn’t a playground to interact with anymore.
3.2.1.1. When she is social she reaches out through her phone from her old school friends and tries to maintain periodic hangouts.
3.2.2. in the present moment, she claims she is less social and has less sleepovers than she used to when she was attending school in person.
3.3. Emotional:
3.3.1. She mentioned she is more “emotional” than she used to be, but has more control over them. She believes with her intelligence growing, it has helped her understand emotions and feelings better, therefore better controlling them
3.3.2. at her current stage, she feels she has a wider range of emotions she hasn’t felt before
3.4. Cognitive:
3.4.1. She claims her memory and attention span are better than before, specifically with subjects in school that used to bore her, but since it’s important to her now, it’s easier to maintain focus.
3.4.2. at her current stage, she states that she has a lot more thoughts and “awareness” than she had before
