1.1. BENEFITS: Can be used for presentations and videos so more than one person can hear

1.2. CHALLENGES: Good speakers that can be used for an entire class can be costly, sometimes they are hard to hear or can break easily

2. Printers

2.1. BENEFITS: Can be used to print work for students and students can use to print copies of reports or other work to share with other students or teacher

2.2. CHALLENGES: Printers are becoming outdated, people are looking for more efficient ways to share work such as tablets or other handheld devices, or using overhead presentations. Printed paperwork is often discarded.

4. Webcam

4.1. BENEFITS: Teachers can use for conferences with other teachers, students can use to converse with teachers or students from other schools to gain knowledge

4.2. CHALLENGES: May be used for "other than schoolwork" tasks, not very easy to monitor.

5. Keyboard

5.1. BENEFIT: Makes typing and conversing with the computer easy and efficient for both students and teachers

5.2. CHALLENGE: Not all types of keyboards work for all students and teachers. Students with certain disabilities cannot use keyboards or need specially made ones, some need ergo keyboards, etc.
