1. Family
1.1. Belonging: 1. Coming together for special occasions and holidays, spending time as a family and build a sense of belonging. 2. Each member should be allowed some space and freedom to explore the activities that they like. 3. Family members will be more courageous and willing to take chances if they know they have a safe place to return to when things don't turn out well.
1.2. Flexibility: 1. There will not be happiness in the family if one member were to enforce their way of doing things as they think that they are always right. 2. The family will be much happier if the family members are more flexible in decision making.
1.3. Respect: 1. Taking into account of each others' feelings, thoughts, needs and preferences when making decisions. 2. Acknowledge and value other family members' opinions.
1.4. Honesty: 1. Without honesty, they will not be a deep connection within the family. 2. Honesty can be practiced by telling the truth and not hiding information from one should know.
1.5. Forgiveness: 1. Within family, it is important to forgive and forget as they are connected to us no matter what we do. 2. Everyone makes mistakes. 3. Forgive them when they know their mistake and willing to change their bad habits.
2. Personal
2.1. Acceptance: 1. The process or fact of being received as adequate, valid, or suitable. 2. Acceptance in human psychology is a person's assent to the reality of a situation, recognizing a process or condition (often a negative or uncomfortable situation) without attempting to change it or protest. 3. Love one's self, being happy and appreciating yourself. 4. Self acceptance leads to a new life with new possibilities that did not exist before because you were caught up in the struggle against reality. 5. You don’t have to be unhappy with yourself to know and actively change things you don’t like.
2.2. Generosity: 1. Being kind and generous to yourself and others. 2. The habit of giving without expecting anything in return. 3. "Whoever is asked about a knowledge that he knows about and then hides it and keeps it away, he will be bridled on the day of judgement with a bridle of fire." -Prophet Mohammed.
2.3. Respect: 1. Being proud of one's self. 2. Not using alcohol, drug or violence as means to solve problems. 3. Overcoming and oppressing those who bring you down. 4. Having dignity of one's self.
2.4. Commitment: 1. The act of engaging one self to a particular activity. 2. Having an obligation that restricts freedom of action. 3. Promising to one self to do or not to do a certain thing.
2.5. Excellence: 1. Being outstanding among the rest 2. Being good in something. 3. Striving to be the best for a better outcome.

4.1. Definitions
4.1.1. Values: The deepest beliefs and sentiment we subscribe to in our life.
4.1.2. Cultural Values: A socially constructed axioms(truth that requires no proof/universally accepted principle).
4.1.3. Social Values: Abstract standards or empirical variables in social life which are believed to be important and/or desirable.
4.1.4. Personal Values: The view and ideals which an individual chooses to uphold, and they determine how that individual live their life.
4.1.5. Family Values: The moral and ethnic principle traditionally upheld and transmitted within the family.
