1.1.1. She is Bod's friend. She met Bod during her childhood and considered him an imaginary friend until she met him again at the graveyard where he lives during her teen years.
1.2. How does Bod feel about her?
1.2.1. When Bod first met Scarlett, he immediately liked her as she was the only real friend he made during his childhood. She was sympathetic towards him and guessed his age which made him happy. When she told him that they were friends Bod smiled, which he does rarely.

2.1. What is her relationship with Bod?
2.1.1. No one.
2.2. How does Bod feel about her?
2.2.1. Bod does not know her.
3. The Man Jack
3.1. What his is relationship to Bod?
3.1.1. He was sent by his mysterious organisation to kill Bod's whole family, although Bod escaped.
3.2. How does Bod feel about him?
3.2.1. When Bod first learns about him, he wants vengeance. In page 181 of the book, Bod says, "If I go outside in the world, the question isn't 'who will keep me safe from him... It's 'who will keep him safe from me?'"
3.2.2. Later, when Scarlett is in danger, page 262-263 of the book, Bod begins to feel a fear of Jack, because although Jack cannot hurt him, he can hurt his friends.
4. Silas
4.1. What is his relationship with Bod?
4.1.1. He is Bod's guardian. Bod's step-parents, Mr. and Mrs. Owens entrusted Bod's safety to Silas. DUring Bod's whole life, Silas was always there to guide him and teach him.
4.2. How does Bod feel about him?
4.2.1. Bod idolizes him. From page 38 of the book, Bod said that he wants to be like Silas.
