5. A license is required if a person whose bitches give birth to 5 or more litters of puppies in any 12 month period as it is assumed they are carrying on a dog breeding business.

6. You must makes sure that you follow all of these regulations as if not followed correctly they can injure your dog/s.

7. You need to think about whelping control around things like livestock and other species.
