1. onion
1.1. 2 onions peel and cut into 8 pieces
2. bell peppers
2.1. boil water
2.2. each of 5 bell pepper cut into 3 parts
2.3. blanch in boiling water for 7 minutes
3. marinade
3.1. 1 clove garlic cut into small slices
3.2. 10 tablespoons vegetable oil
3.3. 50 -100ml. wine vinegar
3.4. 1 teaspoon dried thyme
3.5. 1 teaspoon salt
3.6. 1-2 tablespoons sugar
3.7. 1 bay leaf
