1.2. A well-being feeling is produced by a NT that comes from Tryptophan found in milk and turkey.
1.3. Enthusiasm is found in foods such as avocado, banana, meat, and almonds, which come from amino acids.
1.4. Proteins also form receptors, structures embedded in membranes that aid in cell communication.
2. Carbohydrate
2.1. The fuel for the brain is simply sugar.
2.1.1. Too much sugar causes burst of energy.
2.1.2. Then the body begins to fidget.
2.1.3. This causes headaches, trouble concentrating, and drowsiness.

3. Micronutrients
3.1. Micronutrients are important for the health of our brain, even if they are consumed in small amounts.

3.4. Electrical environment of the brain is caused by the consumption of calcium.

5. Water
5.1. Water is essential for optimal brain health and function.
