2.1.1. Weekdays = 1 point

2.1.2. Weekends = 2 points

2.1.3. Certain personnels have duty points carried over from previous month (Can manually add?)

2.2. Priority, Duty commitments, Marked as x

2.3. Prioritise Personnel with more duty points to clear
