2.1. Fitness and Nutrition based businesses are really attractive to me, therefore the first concept i came up with for my business was a personal training gym. However, I soon realised that i would have no competitive advantage over my competition in the form of franchise gyms and other already established gym's if i didn't have my own unique selling point.
