medical marijuana legalization

1. maybe if we all started smoking marijuana then that can lower the cases of getting cancer or any thing else that marijuana can help with?

2. should americans be aloud to smoke marijuana?

3. why do doctors only prescribe medical marijuana to some people who have cancer but not all?

4. if marijuana is legal in some states why isn't it legal in all states?

5. should some people who have cancer be able to smoke marijuana if the other people are in other states to save their life from smoking marijuana?

6. if they have it legalized for medical reasons in other states then why is it not legalized in kentucky or all the other states that have the same problem?
