1. Team Member

1.1. Serve designated roles during scheduled shifts

1.1.1. Perform assigned work with excellence

1.1.1.1. Front line crew doing the work of connecting with the people who are the guests.

1.1.1.1.1. Compensation: $11.25-$12.50 an hour

2. Team Leader

2.1. Lead operations in a specific area of the resturant

2.1.1. Assist managers by performing portions of assigned management tasks

2.1.1.1. Responsible for leading a shift by opening or closing the resturant

2.1.1.1.1. Compensation: $12.50- $14.00

3. Director

3.1. Goal setting & Quarterly business plan for area of responsibility

3.1.1. Systems creations, management, Accountability

3.1.1.1. Collaboration with entire leadership team to run a healthy business

3.1.1.1.1. Directors are responsible for a specific area of the business. Such as, talent, quality, marketing and hospitality, drive-Thru, financial or offsite sales
