1.1. As most of you are aware, Columbine launched the modern world's war against bullies. Our experts concluded that since the great majority of school shootings are perpetrated by victims of bullying, we need to get rid of bullies. If we can only make bullies disappear, no kids will be victims, and no one will have any motivation to shoot up their schools. So with ten years of massive anti-bully education, why is bullying becoming a more intensive problem? Why isn't it going down?

1.1.1.1. People who feel like they are being victims of bulling fell like they need to express their feelings back to the bully or someone that's trustworthy.

She also highlights incidents in which online bullies have targeted families of those whose loved ones have died, defacing tribute pages and harassing grieving relatives. Doucet argues that the police capacity to stop trolls, or those who harass others online, is insufficient, and she concludes that cyberbullying is causing serious and increasing damage.

While it's hardly surprising to see school-yard bullying migrate to Facebook, RIP trolling is something darker, weirder and possibly a symptom of some new 21st-century cyber-induced psychosis.
5.2.1. Yes, it's probably one of the more widespread youth risks on the Internet and yes there are some well-publicized horrific cases of cyberbullying victims who have committed suicide
5.2.1.1. its one of the biggest risk of taking of going online because there are so many cyberbullys
5.2.2. we need to look at what else was going on in the child's life. Even when a suicide or other tragic event does occur
5.2.2.1. people need to take in consideration that someones back round might be really bad so adding bullying to it would just add up to all the bad things that are happening to the victim
