1. E.Coli 0157:H7
1.1. Symptoms : Severe bloody diarrhea, abdominal cramps
1.2. Time of onset: 2-5 days after eating
1.3. Common food/sources responsible : Raw meat, eating infected greens, and contaminated water are a few sources
2. Listeria monocytogenes
2.1. Symptoms : Fever, vomiting, headache
2.2. Common food/sources responsible : Cheese, deli meats, hot dogs, and seafood products
2.3. Time of onset : 7-30 days sometimes and 48-72 hours most times
3. Salmonella
3.1. Symptoms : Diarrhea, fever, abdominal cramps, vomiting
3.2. Time of onset : 8-12 hours after eating
3.3. Common food sources : Eggs, poultry, coconut, pasta, yeast,chocolate, and frog legs
4. Staphylococcus
4.1. Symptoms : Prostation, diarrhea, vomiting, nasuea
4.2. Time of onset : 30 minutes-8 hours after eating
4.3. Common food sources : Contaminated food, tuna, macaroni, salads, and cream filled pastries
5. Campylobacter
5.1. Symptoms : Diarrhea , abdominal cramps, fever sometimes, and bloody stools
5.2. Time of onset : 2-5 days after eating
5.3. Common food/sources : Bacteria on poultry, cattle and sheep meat that is contaminated, and meat and milk of the sources stated
