A. SELECTING

- The Workneh Wood work LLC is a new start up carpentry business Located in Den Helder, which is going to make Home Furnitures for the local community as well as customers living outside through out the Netherlands with the future ambition of expanding it later on to whole European market and then finally be able to serve the global world.

Customers who we are targeting are people who are looking to make their home more beautiful to live in and that is where furniture comes to their mind. They want beautifully made home furnitures tailourd to their personal style, they want the process of buying to be smooth and fun plus they want the product sent to and installed in their house without any difficulty as quickly as possible.

Workneh wood work LLC has chosen to bring in retailes as intermediaries to beter satisfy customer requirements. But it will handel most of the marketing obligations by itself and expects the chosen retailers to do the rest.

The company is going to use both Direct and indirect means of distribution. Due to our current luck of knowledge and capital as a start up company it makes sense to make a deal with and lavarage the many existing retailers who are spread through out the country. But with all that being said the company has a long vision of branding and making its own online retailing centric to appeal to modern customers which the reason why we choose direct marketing as one of our early strategies. that includes direct mail, direct response advertisement and direct selling.

2. MANAGING.

Manufacturing is the core focus of workneh wood work LLC, but Marketing and selling the Products are just as important for the company. this is because the company believes nobody can market its product as enthusiastically and patiently as it self. Because of this hiring and developing of effective marketing and sales team is at the top of its distribution plan.

The team will be responsible in dealing with the retailers and making sure the effectiveness of communication between the two coloms are managed properly.

The team will also be responsible for studying analysing customer needs. The company has only chosen to focus on a pull strategy of production which is why the team has to be highly accountable for the results that has to be accumulated from the customers.

3. EVALUATING

As previously mentioned the company is going to handel most of the marketing by itself which makes evaluation of its effort very easy to assess. But the retailers will also be looked at critically to make sure the companies product is placed at the right place and sold at the right price. On top of that we will take accumulate the sales data from all the retailers to asses the increase and decline of sales.

The company is expecting to sell hundreds of its product catalogou in its first year. Due to the luck of sales history the start up company will have to rely on assumptions the first couple of years, But will back that up with effective market research and effective decision making.
