ADDIE MODEL for course Module: "Practical aspects of mind renewal for participants of 12 steps recovery program.", and my teaching approach.

1. Module Rational: There are a certain number of relapse cases in every recovery program. The percentage of relapse is different from program to program and its settings. The current module will be designed with the purpose to decrease the dropout and relapse cases in recovery programs by deeper understanding and practice renewal of mind and positive thinking practice.
2. EVALUATION: Although evaluation is listed as the last phase of ADDIE, most developers use evaluation throughout their project. The evaluation phase consists of two parts: formative and summative.
2.1. 1. Mark the participation of the Face to Face Meeting in the form
2.2. 2. Assess the condition of the participant by checking the fulfilment of the tasks and his/her general mood
2.3. 3. Check and see if the participants of the program are ready to disciple someone else and have him/her in mind
3. IMPLEMENT: During the implementation phase, a procedure for training the facilitators and learners is developed. The facilitators training should cover course curriculum, learning outcomes, method of delivery, and testing procedures. In addition, be sure you train the learners on the technology on which the learning will take place.
3.1. 1. Introduce MOODLE CLOUD Aplication for Mobile devices to participants
3.2. 2. Teach participants how to register on MOODLE CLOUD LMS
3.3. 3. Teach participants how to serf through their cabinets
3.4. 4. Introduce mai blocks of LMS to participants and explan the order of activities
3.5. 5. Set up the date for F2F meeting
4. Module objectives: Participants of the program will beging practicing READING Litarature (Bible and other classics), writing essays and thoughts in their own journals, memorise Scripture and poetry. They will also share their individual experiences of mind renewal.
5. Module goal: Participants of the program will understand the inmortance of thinking process and learn practical way of practice positive thinking.
6. DEVELOPMENT: The development phase is where developers create and assemble the content assets that were created in the design phase. The project is reviewed and revised accordingly to any feedback given.

6.3. 3. Create self-report QUIZZES on LMS
6.4. 4. Create instructions on how to write in journal
6.5. 5. Propouse Scripture for reading and set up time for Forums
7. DESIGN: The design phase deals with learning objectives, assessment instruments, exercises, content, subject matter analysis, lesson planning, and media selection.

8. ANALYZE: In the analysis phase, the instructional problem is clarified, instructional goals and objectives are established, and the learning environment and learner's existing knowledge and skills are identified.
8.1. 1. Examine the number of relapses of current program during last 6 months.
8.2. 2. Create a form with data and infografic for examined period of time
8.3. 3. Create a list of participants (10-15 people)
