1. APPLICATION.
1.1. We use '' a / an '' with a name or noun to talk about a member of a class, for example: Rebecca lives in a nice big house. My father is a teacher.
1.2. We use '' a / an '' when we describe people or things, for example: She is a doctor. My girlfriend is a beautiful woman
2. RULES.
2.1. Do not use '' a / an '' with names or nouns that are described in plural or countless, because '' a / an '' means one.
2.2. We do not use '' a / an '' with an adjective that is found alone and without a component. For example; ''Marcos is a very good teacher.''
3. DEFINITION.
3.1. The indeterminate article in the English language is known as A / An and is translated as UN and UNA. '' A '' is used in front of words that start with a consonant. '' An '' is used in front of words that start with a vowel.
3.2. As you can realize the indefinite articles '' a / an '' mean the same ones are only used for different names or nouns.
