1. Exercise

1.1. Doing exercises that require moving and stretching is a great way to stimulate children's social and emotional growth. Exercise increases the growth of new brain cells, stress reduction, and the lifespan of those brain cells.

2. Behavior

2.1. If the brain feels threatened, it will activate any learned defense mechanisms that individual may have developed over time. A student's behavior will reflect what type of emotions they are feeling that day.

3. Stimulation

3.1. The amount of stimulation a child receives is related to the amount of increased intelligence they develop over time. Happiness has a positive effect on learning, memory and social behavior.

4. Stress

4.1. Stress affects the growth of brain cells in our mind and it can trigger many different reactions and negative behaviors if not managed appropriately. This in turn affects the brain's ability to retain information.

5. Attention

5.1. Student engagement depends on the student’s mental state. The emotions that we experience on a daily basis are what our brain pays attention to the most. It attends to the feelings that essential to survival.
