The view of majority is always right?

1. What if the view of majority is biased?
2. Is the view biased?? Or is it beneficial to any specific groups?
2.1. For example ,govt implant some new policies, however people in the country oppose the new policies, that doesn't show that the policies are bad.
3. How does the people gauge whether the view is right or not?
3.1. Is it base on comparing to someone(those with high credit one) else say? or just believe in majorities' right.
4. What are the consequences of believing in majorities decisions?
4.1. SOMETIMES getting the wrong concept.
