Must be from B40 household income groups or vulnerable groups-- priority to senior citizens, women, youth, the disabled (OKU), those that are unemployed, got retrenched, housewife 2. Recipient of Bantuan Sara Hidup (BSH) or any other government assistance such as MySalam, PeKa B40, eKasih and others (In the event that, the participant is not the recipient of the above mentioned assistance, then either their parents or guardian must be the recipient in order to participate in this initiative) 2. Pendapatan seisi rumah kurang daripada RM 3860 sebulan.
