1. Recommended products: tasty and healthy
1.1. 1. Fresh berries, fruits and vegetables (vitamin C, fiber). 2. Cereals and porridges made from them (vitamins B, E, magnesium, potassium, folic acid). 3. Dried fruits and nuts (vitamins, fatty acids, protein). 4. Poultry meat (protein, amino acids, vitamins A, B, E). 5. Fish and seafood (protein, polyunsaturated acids, vitamins D, E, B12, calcium, phosphorus)
2. Products that are not recommended: unnecessary ballast
2.1. 1. Chips, popcorn, croutons, salted nuts. 2. Alcoholic drinks. 3. Any semi-finished products and concentrates: dry mashed potatoes, instant noodles, etc. 4. Sweet pastries, especially those with a high sugar content. 5. Fried dishes.

4. The diet
4.1. Rule # 1. Forget fast food forever and try not to overuse sweets.
4.2. Rule # 2. Eat as many seasonal foods as possible - they contain the maximum of nutrients.
4.3. Rule number 3. Limit the consumption of refined foods as much as possible: sugar, vegetable oil, white wheat flour, refined white rice.
4.4. Rule # 4. Drink water. Tea, coffee and juices do not replace water.
4.5. Rule # 5. Don't forget about protein foods.
5. Mode
5.1. Rule number 1. Be sure to follow the diet. Infrequent meals are harmful in the same way as constant snacking and the habit of chewing something all the time. It is optimal for a healthy person to eat 4-5 times a day
5.2. Rule # 2: Eat some fresh vegetables and fruits daily.
