1.1.1.1. Description: ○Cells in which the nuclei is the thickest and most visible structure. خلايا تكون النواة هي أوضح جزء فيها.
1.1.1.2. Locations: [Vessels and cavities ] ▪︎Thin renal loop of henle التواء هنلي ▪︎ Outer wall of intestine الغلاف الخارجي للأمعاء ▪︎ inner surface of cornea الجزء الداخلي من القرنية
1.1.1.3. Functions: ●Facilitates movement of viscera تسهيل حركةالأعضاء الداخلية ●Secretion الإفراز ●active transport of pinocytosis نقل الحويصلات بفاعلية أثناء عملية الشرب الخلوي
1.1.2. 2. Cuboidal مكعب
1.1.2.1. Description: ○Cells roughly as tall as they're wide. خلايا يتساوى طولها مع عرضها.
1.1.2.2. Locations : Renal collecting tubule . الأنبوب الكلوي الجامع Thyroid follicle. جريب الغدة الدرقية Cover of the ovary. قشرة البويضة

1.1.3. 3. Columnar عمودي
1.1.3.1. Description: ○Cells taller than they're wide with "cilia" or "microvilli" on their surface. خلايا طولها أكبر من عرضها تظهر هياكل "السيليا" او "الميكروفيلاي" على سطحها ○Cells have between each others tight and adherent junctions sometimes called "Terminal bars" that present on the apical of the cells. خلايا تحتوي على مفاصل محكمة (انسدادية) وأخرى التصاقية تسمى ب "الأشرطة الطرفية" في الجزء العلوي من كل خلية.

1.1.4.1. Description: ○Cells appear like they're stratified layers , but all cells are set on the basement membrane. خلايا تظهر وكأنها تكون طبقات عدة , ولكن في الحقيقة هي جميعها تقع على نفس المستوى (تتكون من طبقة واحدة).
1.1.4.2. Locations : ▪︎Lining of the trachea . بطانة القصبة الهوائية ▪︎Bronchi . الشعب الهوائية ▪︎nasal cavity. التجويف الأنفي

1.2.1.3. Functions: ● protecting underlying tissue from invation of microorganisms حماية الأنسجة التي تقع تحته من الميكروبات . ●impeding water loss الحفاظ على النسيج من الجفاف

1.2.2.1. Description: ○Rare type of epithelium نوع نادر من الأنسجة الطلائية
1.2.2.2. Location: ▪︎Excretory ducts of salivary and sweat glands القنوات الطارحة الخاصة بالغدتين اللعابية و العرقية
1.2.2.3. Functions: Protection and mucous secretion. الحماية و إفراز المخاط
1.2.3. 3. Columnar عمودي
1.2.3.1. Description: ○Rare type of epithelium. نوع نادر من الإنسجة الطلائية
1.2.3.2. Location: ▪︎Conjunctiva lining of eyelids . الملتحمة
1.2.3.3. Functions: ●Protection and mucous secretion. الحماية و إفراز المخاط
1.3. Transitional epithelial tissue (Urothelium) نسيج طلائي انتقالي
1.3.1. Description: ○Superficial layer of large dome-like cells called "Umbrella". طبقة سطحية من الخلايا الكبيرة المقوسة تسمى مظلة ○These type of cells able to adjust their relationships and undergo with one another as the urinary bladder fills. كل طبقة من الخلايا الانتقالية قادرة على الإنزلاق الى داخل الطبقة ابتي تقع اسفلها خلال عملية امتلاء المثانة
1.3.2. Location: ▪lining much of urinary tract. يغطي أغلب المسالك البولية
1.3.3. Function: ●protecting underlying tissues from hypertonic and cytotoxic effects of urine. حماية الأنسجة التي تقع أسفله من الأضرار السميةو الأضرار الناجمة عن الاندفاع الشديد للبول.
