7. Application where users upload their exercise, diet, life routines in order to calculate meal/shopping plans that help achieve perfect/optimal nutrition. Limitations: - Hard to implement on a large scale - Largely dependent on users providing accurate information - Requires a high amount of user participation

8. What if: We could bring the testing to the users?

9. At Home Blood/DNA Sampling kits which can be self administered and then posted to labs.

10. Idea: At Home DNA/Blood sampling kits which are then sent to labs for analysis. After analysis, a personalized vitamin pack + nutrition plan specifically tailored to the individual is sent to the user.

11. Poor Diet and Gut health - Free/cheap healthy food programs - App to recommend diet/meals based on current health/diet - Education program on importance of gut health (2nd most nerve endings in body!)

12. Lack of Emotional Support - Peer therapy platform via internet - App to find a new family/friends in your area - Program on becoming self sustainable/independent.

13. DNA/Blood Samples taken in order to get specific nutrition/diet information on a personalized scale. Limitations: - Costly to get sampling and tests done via doctors especially for low income users - Users may have inadequate means of transport or ways of going to get the tests done - Users may not have time or resources to enable them to get testing done

14. Monetization: - One off startup cost to pay for tests - Subscription based service to get repeats of vitamins/nutrition packs - Government sponsorship or subsidy for low income communities
