2.1. Long thoracic nerve/ nerve to serratus anterior (C5-C7)

2.2. Dorsal scapular nerve (C5) which supply rhomboids and levator scapulae.

3. Cords

3.1. lateral cord

3.1.1. Lateral pectoral nerve (C5- C7)

3.1.2. Lateral root of median nerve (C5-C7)

3.1.3. Musculocutaneous nerve (C5-C7)

3.2. medial cord

3.2.1. Medial pectoral nerve (C8 and T1)

3.2.2. Medial cutaneous nerve of the arm (C8 and T1)

3.2.3. Medial cutaneous nerve of the forearm (C8-T1)

3.2.4. Medial root of median nerve (C8 and T1)

3.2.5. Ulnar nerve (C7, C8 and T1)

3.3. posterior cord

3.3.1. Radial nerve ( C5, C6, C7, C8, T1)

3.3.2. Axillary nerve (C5 and C6)

3.3.3. Thoraco-dorsal nerve (C6-C8)
