1.1. Long thoracic nerve/ nerve to serratus anterior (C5-C7)
1.2. Dorsal scapular nerve (C5) which supply rhomboids and levator scapulae.
2. Trunks
2.1. Only from upper trunk
2.1.1. Suprascapular nerve (C5 and C6)
2.1.2. Nerve to subclavius (C5 and C6)
3. Cords
3.1. lateral cord
3.1.1. Lateral pectoral nerve (C5- C7)
3.1.2. Lateral root of median nerve (C5-C7)
3.1.3. Musculocutaneous nerve (C5-C7)
3.2. medial cord
3.2.1. Medial pectoral nerve (C8 and T1)
3.2.2. Medial cutaneous nerve of the arm (C8 and T1)
3.2.3. Medial cutaneous nerve of the forearm (C8-T1)
3.2.4. Medial root of median nerve (C8 and T1)
3.2.5. Ulnar nerve (C7, C8 and T1)
3.3. posterior cord
3.3.1. Radial nerve ( C5, C6, C7, C8, T1)
3.3.2. Axillary nerve (C5 and C6)
3.3.3. Thoraco-dorsal nerve (C6-C8)
3.3.4. Upper subscapular nerve (C5 and C6)
3.3.5. Lower subscapular nerve (C5 and C6)
