steps to describe process to the customers

1. edu cx where he can find cricket related info on mycricket.com and edu cx where he can find more technical manuals over apple.com if issue was phone related.
2. if the issue is fix, recap about the solution that we did. edu cx about the steps and how to avoid this in the future.
3. Once that we know the issue, describe cx the steps that we are going to do and how this is going to fix his issue
4. ask open fact finding question and get all the info possible from the customer
5. ask what is the problem and since when is having this issue and if this is the 1st time with the issue
6. if customer is calling from the same phone or issue is not fix, edu where he can get detailed info of the problem and edu how to fix it if possible.
7. On every step, describe the cx what this steps is for and how this will prevent future problems
