measures of central tendency

1. harmonic mean

1.1. It is the inverse of the arithmetic mean, of the inverses of the terms of a section.

2. square mean

2.1. is the square root of the arithmetic mean.

3. arithmetic average

3.1. t is the quotient between the sum of all the data and the number of data in a set.

4. quartile

4.1. division of a data set into 4 equal parts.

5. decile

5.1. division of a data set into 10 equal parts.

6. half statistic

6.1. It is the result of the sum of all the values of a set divided by the amount of data in a set.

7. statistical mode

7.1. It is the data in a set that is repeated most frequently.

7.1.1. bimodal

7.1.1.1. two pieces of data from a set that are repeated with the same frequency.

7.1.2. no statistical mode

7.1.2.1. in the case that the data of a set is not repeated.

8. statistical median

8.1. It is the central data of a set organized from highest to lowest or lowest to highest, if the total of the data is odd.

8.2. If the number of data in the set is even, then the two central data will be added and divided in two.

9. weighted average

9.1. a type of arithmetic measure where each of the values is weighted according to its importance in the group as a whole.

10. geometric mean

10.1. It is the nth root of the product of all the data in a set.

11.1. division of a data set into 100 equal parts.
