2.2.1. Example: There was a time when we didn't have a common opinion in deciding on the best idea so we started later than the others.
2.2.1.1. Impact: This resulted in us not being able to keep up in planning documents due to lack of information -> this obstruct the website's effectiveness in raising awareness.

3.3. Weakness:Propensity to hyperfocus on a task and pay attention too much to the consistency of the project as a whole.
3.3.1. Example: Spent nearly three lessons writing conclusions without noticing that new information had been added to the results.
3.3.1.1. The conclusion didn’t address the latter ->leaving readers confused with irrelevant details and it affects our goals.
3.4. Improvement: Spend five minutes at the beginning of each lesson to update your progress and make sure to adjust your work accordingly.
