The Devil Wears Prada

1. I didn’t enjoy the movie that much; to be honest, this one I liked the least out of all the other films we’ve watched in class.
2. I didn’t enjoy the movie that much; to be honest, this one I liked the least out of all the other films we’ve watched in class.
3. But it’s not as if it’s too bad or smth, it’s just that it’s a one-time movie for me. Like, one time is enough to get what they wanted to say with it, to watch it again is irrelevant. For me.
4. I know many people won’t agree with me on that; but anyway, I do think it’s a great movie to watch, it’s pretty interesting and catches your attention.
5. Too many philosophic issues are raised in it, though; and the movie doesn’t answer them all, only does is review them from one side.
6. Or, to say better, it tries to answer them, but philosophic questions are philosophic, they have no definite answers, and the best movie is the one where they leave it up to a person to decide what they’d do or what’s right and what’s wrong on their own. Here, the answer is already there, and you can’t think for yourself.
7. Okay, I suppose I’m being that little bit vague, and one can’t really understand what I’m trying to say; but I’m here to write a 15-bubbles/thoughts task, and there’s no place for an essay in this sheet, unfortunately.
8. But basically, I didn’t like the fact that most viewers after having watched the movie think that Miranda is a bad person; and that Andy did wrong when she changed to succeed with her career.
9. I guess, in the first case, the screenwriters tried to imply she’s not really, but, apparently, they didn’t succeed.
10. Anyway, moving on! What I did like about the movie was the soundtracks. They were really nice ones.
11. Vasyl Alexadra. Module 6. Task1.
12. I liked the cast, of course. Every one of them, but most of all I liked the Nigel character (played by Stanley Tucci) :D Interesting guy.
13. Another thing to like about the movie is the NY scenery. Anyway, one of the best things in movies is the view of different landscapes, countries, cities. This one isn’t any exception.
14. What I liked best was our class discussion, actually. That made me like the movie a lot more, because it showed that not everyone did thought Miranda was a hell of a person (in the bad sense). :D
