1. conclusion

1.1. California could get a permanent drought if people do not help their own land.

1.2. People never think about the issues that they could have if they are not needed. A fine would help even though they don't want to.

1.3. Mother Nature does not help if people do not help, that's why it must think about what they want , what they need and that will make for a better future .

2. body2

2.1. Bettina Boxall also tells about the consequences of wasting water.

2.2. An example is "Cities throughout California will have to impose mandatory restrictions on outdoor watering under an emergency state rule approved Tuesday" (Boxall 6). It is clear that the new rule already was approved on this Tuesday. This shows that California has no option to avoided. In addition "The watering limits would be primarily enforced by local government and water districts, which are expected to issue warnings and fines that escalate with repeat offenses" (Boxall 6). This reveals that local government impose issue warnings and fines, which would have several consequences to the residents. This is a good example to stop the waste of water without purpose.

2.3. Every person should help to stop the drought even though we can not stop it. That's why people would have a fine for keep wasting water.

3. body1

3.1. Jennifer Walsh explain how California is one of the U.S.'s biggest food producers and how bad it is the drought.

3.2. On example is "responsible for almost half the country's produce and nuts and 25% of our milk and cream" (Walsh 4). It is clear that CA produce a lot of food for the country. This shows that CA helps the country and not all people see it. Another evidence is "The above-ground water available for farms decreased by one-third because of decreased rain, missing snow, and snow caps melting in the mountains" (Walsh 4). This reveals that without rain and all possible water producers the farmers do not have the way to continue harvesting. Similarly, people have to stop wasting water.

3.3. This means that people must take care of what to do with water to help California producers.
