1. Private vs. Public

1.1. Private clinics are better suited for the wealthy and upper middle class

1.2. Public clinics are funded by the government, which means that the wait to seek treatment is dramatically increased in comparison to private clinics. This is available to middle and lower class people.

2. Cost of fertility amongst social classes

2.1. Wealthy/Elite- are able to afford treatment as many times as they desire, it does not cause any financial burden or call for sacrifice.

2.2. Upper Middle- are able to afford the treatment a couple of times, but if the treatment is done more than once, a lot of couples sell jewelry and borrow money from relatives

2.3. Middle/Low- can only afford treatment once, and even then have to make huge financial sacrifices

2.4. Impoverished- cannot afford treament, some cannot even afford the travel to the clinics.

3. Education about treatments

3.1. Wealthy/middle class are literate and have a vast wealth of information to rely on and educate themselves upon.

3.2. Middle to lower class rely news and television for education about fertility treatments

3.3. Lower class- are illiterate and hear about treatments through word of mouth and through traditional and misinformed beliefs about the reproductive system
