1. Development: To construct the instructional content materials.
2. Implementation: To carry out the actual instructional materials for training.
3. Evaluation: To assess the instructional materials through review, as well as to measure how well the content works.
4. Does the instructional materials flow well? Do the instructional materials make sense ? Do the activities and exams align with what the learner will be learning?
5. How do we carry out specific instructional materials for training? What will training consist of? What is the outcome?
6. What are the concepts? What are the activities? How do we tie all the strategies, concepts, and goals, and objectives together?
7. Analyze: To identify goals, objectives, the needs of the audience and prior knowledge.
8. Design: To facilitate the planning of instructional design concepts, strategies and goals.
9. Who is the audience? What is their prior knowledge? What are the learning concepts in the course?
10. What are the strategies? What are the concepts? How will goals and objective be met?
