Publisher switches with experience picture

if OK, pdf goes to QA

if KO, pictures replacement process

∙ Publisher checks the spreadsheet for any retouched pictures available in

his/her box,

gets picture(s) from the RETOUCHING / PRODUCTION folder,

before opening the indesign file replaces the old picture(s) in the links

folder of the box,

opens the indesign file, updates modified links in the links panel,

(in the links panel, menu > update all links)

updates spreadsheet with status DONE,
