1. Client Phone Call

1.1. Type the person's name into the Search bar in NeoSerra to see if they are already in our system

1.1.1. If they are new, determine if they are PreVenture or In Business

1.1.1.1. PreVenture - Create a New Contact and Enroll in Business Startup Workshop

1.1.1.2. In Business - Create a New Client and connect with appropriate Consultant

1.1.2. If they are in NeoSerra, update their information and determine their needs.

1.1.2.1. If they are PreVenture and have already attended the Business Startup Workshop, connect them with the appropriate Consultant

1.1.2.2. If they are In Business and have already met with a Consultant, figure out if they need to meet with a different Consultant

2. Client Walk-in

2.1. Type the person's name into the Search bar in NeoSerra to see if they are already in our system

2.1.1. If they are new, determine if they are PreVenture or In Business. Have them fill out the physical 641 Form

2.1.1.1. PreVenture - Create a New Contact and Enroll in Business Startup Workshop

2.1.1.2. In Business - Create a New Client and connect with appropriate Consultant

2.1.2. If they are in NeoSerra, update their information and determine their needs.

2.1.2.1. If they are PreVenture and have already attended the Business Startup Workshop, connect them with the appropriate Consultant

2.1.2.2. If they are In Business and have already met with a Consultant, figure out if they need to meet with a different Consultant

3. Online/eCenter

3.1. Client goes to site and fills out the Contact and/or Client information. If a survey has been created, this is filled out, too.

3.1.1. If Client info is entered staff receives a notification by email and in Neoserra - "New Sign Ups Received"

3.1.1.1. Click on the Client to review information entered by Client. Make sure it is not a duplicate.

3.1.1.1.1. If it is not a duplicate, contact the Client via phone (preferable) or email to verify info and services seeking. Click Accept.

3.1.1.1.2. If the Client is a duplicate, click Reject to proceed with the original Client record.

3.1.1.1.3. Click Transfer (if available) if the Client does not live in your service area.

3.1.2. If Contact info is entered staff receives a notification in Neoserra - " New Contacts Entered"

3.1.2.1. This is just FYI when someone signs up for a workshop.
