1.2.1. Provides girls and young women with a role model and someone to talk to and share their experiences with

1.3.1. Provides girls and boys with a role model and someone to talk to and share their experiences with in a school setting
1.4. Go Girls!
1.4.1. Group mentoring for girls ages 12-14 that focus on physical activity, balanced eating and self-esteem. The goal is to positively shape their lives
1.5. Game On! Group mentoring
1.5.1. Group mentoring program that provides boys and young men with information and support to make informed choices about heath and lifestyle practices.
1.6. Other Programs
1.6.1. Big Brunch
1.6.1.1. group program for children on the waiting list for the programs. Gives them chance to go on outings
1.6.2. Kids 'n' Kops
1.6.2.1. One week summer camp that allows kids waiting for Big Brother and Big Sister programs to have fun and learn about law enforcement

2.1.1. Application process
2.1.1.1. The volunteer has to submit a written application, police record check, 3-4 references, participate in a 1-1 interview, may be asked to have an at home assessment, do orientation and child safety training, get notified of their acceptance/rejection
2.1.2. Matching Process
2.1.2.1. Case worker tries to match Big and Little, discusses potential match with volunteer/youth/family, caseworker arranges meeting, match begins
2.2. Enrolling a Child
2.2.1. Fill out the detailed application, participate in an at-home visit, discuss potential volunteer matches and meet with them
