1.1. Mother's Pension Act was passed in 1920.
1.2. Earned the right to vote.
1.3. Were able to work jobs such as nurses and teachers.
1.4. The Persons Case: Women are now legally considered as a person under the law.
1.5. Although it was difficult, women won seats in the parliament.
