3.1. Include lessons learned and info sharing as a standard topic and introduce a template as a way of delivery
3.2. During staff meeting & P2P : Who is working on what project + status
4. Procedures and Processes
4.1. SME group/working group on quick reference cards for critical processes
4.2. Create an SME team on SOP's
5. Specification
5.1. Check Melissa's work on clinical-commercial specs
5.2. WoW quick reference card for specs management (to avoid duplication) - who is working on which spec
6. Way of Working
6.1. Handover list (what/in which phase) - Structure previous knowledge (check action priority, depending on Handover frequency)
7. Standardization
7.1. Review quick reference cards, how to use them and identify gaps
7.2. Implement swimlanes with trainings
